- Publications and Supplementary materials which have been produced by the various departments of NIE are now sold at the Book Stores of NIE which is in the building of the Finance Dept. of NIE.
Please call (+94)-117601601 Ext. 653 to know the availability for sale of publications, CDs, DVDs and audio cassettes and other materials and their prices. The procedure of payment is through the Bank of Ceylon Branch situated within the premises of NIE. Payment should be made to the Bank only after visiting the stores and getting confirmation of what is available on the date of purchase.

- Dr. T.A.R.J. Gunasekara, (Assistant Director General) has won 2nd prize in the BELMAS Award for the best thesis of 2005.
